I should have been offered a loaner/courtesy vehicle for this service. I was in for a known issue that Honda was paying for and I was denied the use of a loaner vehicle. My experience was OK, I do feel I was bamboozled with services added on that I didn't feel I had a choice in, but they were explained to me by one of the managers, Nate, who was nice and tried to explain services added on that I didn't feel I had a choice in, but they were explained to me by one of the managers, Nate, who was nice and tried to explain everything and that some of the services were not optional? Like the etching/anti-theft, which I understand. 3 days after my the purchase though a check-engine light came on and I scheduled to get it looked at but was told a couple days later that I would have to go to an Audi dealer to have the problem checked, which is fine, but I wished it would've been communicated at the time of scheduling.
