I was charged 65 dollars for shop expenses. Expenses for my repair would have been a couple pairs of rubber gloves, a few rags and maybe a few squirts of WD40. Kevin told me it's for electricity and other overhead as if the mechanics make the full labor charge. I wanted to talk to the service manager, he told me he would call me back. He never did. You lost a customer for life for 65 dollars. I also brought 2 people in to buy cars in the past because of the great experience I've had in the past. More
