This was the worst new car purchase of my life.. Salesperson was extremely rude once I explained that I didn’t want him to go on the test drive with us due to Covid. Explained haven’t even been in a car with family outside of my household. Once we bought the car, salesperson refused to set anything up for us because “we didn’t want him in the car”. Repeatedly told him we just didn’t want to ride together in the car and definitely wanted him to help set everything up. He refused our request 3 different times and we finally gave up. There were multiple other issues as well. Have left a message for the sales director twice asking for a call so I could provide direct feedback before completing this survey but have not heard from him. Very dissatisfied in spite of getting the car we wanted at the price we wanted! More
Overall, my experience has improved. Last year, on most occasions the service staff talked more with each other or friends or significant others than explain what was occurring with their vehicles. I am a bit frustrated at the moment that I am waiting for information on what is supposed to be a backordered part. I have received no information, to include, 'we are still waiting and we are sorry for the delay.' There was no given ETA; the response was 'hopefully it won't be a month' in response to I don't have a month to wait. "Hopefully it will be a week." Well, it is more than a week. Some type of communication would be great; I should not have to initiate the call for information. More

I’ve had my Honda CR-V for 3 years. I’ve had ALL of my work done at this dealership. I’ve NEVER had a problem and don’t worry about the quality of work. Quick friendly service however the Auto Butler service didn’t meet expectations. There were still spots on the leather seats that required cleaning afterwards.
