Hello Sue, Providing a positive experience is our top priority. I contacted the sales consultant about you and your partner visit and he agreed that you were very specific about social distancing due to COVID-19. He wanted to go along with the test drive to go over features and you decided to test drive without him. He did express at time of delivery that to set up specific personalized settings in your vehicle, he would have to be inside the vehicle with you, which you decided against. I looked up your profile and saw that the sales consultant called on 8/12/20 at 5:11 pm and left a message to follow up with your visit. It seems that you both weren't able to get in contact with each other. I wanted to let you know that he is available any time to go over specific features of your vehicle. If it would make you more comfortable, we can have the feature presentation done with the windows down outside or with the salesperson setting options for you and you standing outside observing. It is important that you are part of the process because you have really amazing features of your vehicle that will make your ownership more enjoyable. Please give us a chance to make it right.
