Brought it in because the engine was making a sound and they told me after a day of troubleshooting that I needed a new engine even though my car only had 68,000 miles on it. I'd rather to another mechanic they told me after a day of troubleshooting that I needed a new engine even though my car only had 68,000 miles on it. I'd rather to another mechanic for a second opinion and they fixed it for $1,000. Probably won't buy another Honda after this. More

I sent the following email to the service manager on 1/31/25 and never got a reply. Good afternoon Todd. We had an undercoating and tint service scheduled, undercoat on Monday and tint on Tuesday. 1/31/25 and never got a reply. Good afternoon Todd. We had an undercoating and tint service scheduled, undercoat on Monday and tint on Tuesday. I was very unhappy with the service we received. It started with when my wife dropped off the car Monday morning, Amy was incredibly rude and pushy with her. To set the tone for the whole interaction, Amy was impatient with how long it took my wife to gather her things and get out of the car. Next my wife questioned if the tint could be rescheduled and done when the weather gets warmer due to the curing process taking longer in colder weather. Amy was dismissive of the question stating “The tint is put on in a heated garage.” That wasn’t what was being questioned. Next my wife asked if the tint had any kind of warranty on the product/work, to which Amy snipped “You’ll have to ask the sales manager”. Then it was a bit of a process to get the loaner because my wife had my credit card because hers was recently compromised and we haven’t received her new card yet. Also my wife only had a digital copy of our insurance card and Amy had to get something to take a picture of it. During the whole process Amy acted like my teenager acts when I ask them to do a chore, inconvenienced and like she’s doing me a favor by doing what I need done. My wife hesitates to take a vehicle in for service because most service dependents treat women differently than men. This interaction was the worst she’s ever experienced at a service department. It had my wife quite upset, I had to take time out at work to calm her down and also time to call in to get the tint service rescheduled, which was done quickly when I called in and asked, not sure why it couldn’t get done by Amy when my wife asked. When we picked the vehicle up it was very dirty and covered in salt, same as when we left it. Wasn’t a huge deal but I assumed that it would get an exterior wash when it was there and now it can’t be washed for a while after the undercoating. Don More
