Service is good. It’s trying to schedule the appointment that is a problem! The central scheduling hub is awful. They didn’t reset the codes on my car when the fluids were changed on a previous service appointment and then tried to tell me I needed to have them changed. Problem was he was trying to get me to agreed to the work first so clearly just trying to cover his xxx. That dealership is sketchy, won’t be going there again. I’ve been a customer there for years and have had my fair share of problems but this was the biggest and most absurd. They also always push for a survey while there and send tons of emails if you don’t reply. Not sure if they knew what kind of review they would be getting from me or if they are doing things differently now, hence this survey. More

I’ve come in for a tire light 3 times within a month span and every time I come in I get the service representative in the front. I don’t get friendly service when I come in instead I get the usual what’s wr and every time I come in I get the service representative in the front. I asked last time if there was a recall for the tire pressure monitors and all I got was a nope. Next time I’ll just drive the extra miles to a different dealer and call it a day. More
