I sent a letter to Brian the service manager after my visit. He never responded. He doesn’t care about the customer the tech that worked on my car lied about the condition of my air filters, saying they visit. He never responded. His diagnosis, extremely dirty on both. He wanted me to spend another $75.00 to replace both. What a scam. More

Everything went fine with my visit. Rather than waiting for the expected 1 1/2 hour time frame I walked for exercise around the area.
