I like being called "Sir." Chad Erwin is an ex-Navy man and his treatment of me took me back to my decades as a private prep school teacher when I was customarily addressed as " Chad Erwin is an ex-Navy man and his treatment of me took me back to my decades as a private prep school teacher when I was customarily addressed as "sir." Being 74, it's something I now appreciate even more. Chad was patient and painstaking in ushering me through the process of service options, payment methods and the signing of numerous documents to complete my sale. He was courteous, friendly and unsparing of his time with me explaining various payment plans, etc. I felt no stone was left un-turned dealing with Chad and he was a perfect complement to my salesman, Calvin West. Calvin was endlessly patient with all my frustrations in dealing with the Post Office (it them SIX days to send a 2-day Priority Mail envelope with my insurance check to my bank) and was unstinting in answering and returning a host of phone messages and e-mails. We had a wonderful bonding over shared experiences about visiting San Diego and he was courteous to a fault and deeply respectful of me as a customer. No effort on my behalf was too much for Calvin and I especially appreciated the time he took to show me my car's features. The whole process was easy-going and I felt confident in his treatment of me as a valued customer. More
