Complete waste of time. Two hours waiting for them to decide to get around to looking at our car. Then attempted to severely low ball the value of our car by over $2000. The van we were looking at needed at least $2000 in repairs, and that was without even knowing what the Maintenance required light was telling us. While we were waiting for the guy to look at our car, I noticed him out back dinking around with a couple of coworkers. Then he was sitting at his desk for over 45 minutes. While we were waiting. The salesman managed to spend less than 10 minutes in the over two hours we were there. Too interested in someone else that had came in after we did. I don't play the go back and forth with the manager game any where. This should have been a 40 minute deal, start to finish. If this is the "Williamson way" I'll pass, and did. More

WIlliamson Honda is the best Dealer in Lincoln Nebraska Hands Down!! Ryan Roberts put us in a car that fit our budget and year requirements. The very next day we were driving on the interstate and the check engiene light came on. I was not very pleased with that but Ryan gave us his card and we called his cell phone right away. He apologized and said he would take care of us first thing Monday morning. I drove to Williamsons monday morning and they gave me a great loaner car while working on my vehicle. Jim from the service department called that same day and told me that the thermasat went bad and that they would take care of it right away. Ryan also made sure that they detailed and washed the car before giving it back. Another bonus is that they filled up the car with gas before returning it! I will use Williamsons for all the service on my car from now on. Thank you to everyone who helped us with the purchase and service on our new car!! More
