He listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow our choices down to the Accord and CR-V. He showed us a model of each explaining the options inside and out and functionality of the I-MID which is new since we last purchased a vehicle. After deciding on the accord he introduced us to Andy Goodyear and they gave us price and option packages with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When we did go in to make the purchase we met with Chad Erwin in finance who was fantastic to work with and explained the financing, warranty coverage and options. Overall we had a very good experience from start to finish. All the staff we worked with were professional and made the car buying experience enjoyable, which is the way it should be. Excellent Prep and Service from an Exceptional Team! We traveled quite a distance from Missouri to see a particular car. We were extremely interested and wanted to purchase it. Although we were 2 hours late arriving, Ryan was gracious and we had almost no wait time to check out the car and test drive. Because of Ryan's careful attention to detail, the car was in a "take delivery" condition. Scott then stepped in to assist in financing and made even that an excellent experience. Trustworthy I just finished purchasing my 3 Honda Civic. Ryan Roberts was my sales rep, and was exterely helpful. After he showed me the models available and I just finished purchasing my 3 Honda Civic. Ryan Roberts was my sales rep, and was exterely helpful. After he showed me the models available and the various features, I ws sold on the Civic EX. I'm particulatr and wanted a certain exterior and interior color scheme, and Ryan worked to getting me the exact car i wanted. He also patiently went over the technology in the car right before I drove off the lot with my new car. Chad Erwin in the Finance Department was very helpful in explaining options and explaining the extended Service Warrenty plan (which I purchased). The Honda EX is one step above the LX and has a sunroof, rear and side cameras and the technology can't be beat. Cars that are 10K more don't have the features of my Civic. I was T-boned in an intersection and my 2nd Civic was totaled. 2 side air bags deployed. One was in the seat and one was just above the side window. The Civic saved my life. At the speed of the other car, it was amazing that I was able to walk away from the accident. Honda of Lincoln is excellent and so are the cars they sell. More

Going in I did my research and had a pretty solid number in my head for purchase prices of various cars and a fair trade value for mine. I ultimately decided on a Honda because of the overall quality of the product and also the reputation of the dealership for servicing. During the process of looking for a car Mike was very helpful and patient. Once I decided on the exact car the negotiation process did take a little time but overall it went very well. I was pleased with the final price we came too. After that the financing process was a breeze with Chad's help. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. Over the last couple of weeks of ownership I have been very happy with the quality of my honda and would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking because you can get a good price in Lincoln!
