My 2009 Honda Pilot was totalled in an accident that was not my fault, and I needed to replace it fairly quickly. I called Honda of Lincoln and was assisted by Mike O'Donnell. We worked through the price together on the phone since I live in Omaha, and they offered me a fair value with no hassle. I was willing to make the drive to Lincoln because of the incredible service and follow-up I received. When Mike said he would check on an item and call me back, he did! I purchased a new 2012 Honda Odyssey a few months ago and I am installing the Towing package myself. I researched the internet for pricing on the parts required, both Honda parts and after market parts thro I am installing the Towing package myself. I visited the parts dept at Honda of Lincoln and I must say that the customer service was 2nd to none. I dealt with Mark, and asked him about the prices I saw online for official Honda parts and if he could come close to matching that price. He took the time to research the matter and pricing, and even consulted another gentlemen in the parts dept, Craig Cameron. Mark was able to give me a terrific price on the part. Even better was that the parts were on hand and I did not have to wait for delivery. Even after giving me the great price, they even reminded me about the instructions and printed them out for me. I feel that Mark went above and beyond in his customer service to me. I asked him what he could do for me on the price, and he did what he could to get me the best price possible, which I was greatly satisfied with. I am extremely satisfied with Honda of Lincoln. I have been a customer for years, and have always been pleased. I have been working with Larry for a year in deciding to get a CR-V or a Nissan Rogue or Toyota Rav 4. I test driven all three models and liked the CR-V the best. I did continuous research on the CR-V through Edmunds online. I wanted to be very knowledgeable before making a final decision on purchasing. Larry was very patient with all my questions and concerns and addressed all of my questions. He didn't apply any sales pressure during this long year. I did seek out quotes from surrounding Honda dealerships and only one in Omaha could beat his price and that was by $1, so needless to say, I wasn't driving up to Omaha to save a buck. In comparing his quote to Edmunds TMV, I knew I was getting a great price on the car. Larry was always professional in dealing with me, I felt like he wanted me to feel comfortable in making my final decision on when and where to buy. Sometimes when you are with sales people, they make you feel guilty for taking up there time if you don't purchase from them in a short manner of time, I never felt that way in working with Larry, I was always left with the feeling that the decision to buy is mine and not forced on by an overbearing sales person. I appreciated that I could take my time in making my decision. As I stated it did take a year for me to finally come to buy the CR-V and I appreciate the friendliness, patience, and integrity that was presented by Larry. Upon taking ownership of my new auto, I didn't have to wait upon it to be ready. It was all sparkling and ready to go. Larry took the time to go through all the new accessories that was added this model year and even paired my phone to the car and explained all about 'Stella' and everything on the i-mid as well as other things about the car. It took all of ten minutes or so to complete finance paper work no long hours spending getting finance worked out, that was awesome! This makes the second Honda that I have purchased from Larry and I must say that I am very pleased with them both. I would highly reccommend others to purchase their next car from Larry. More

It can be a little nerve racking buying a new car, often times I think people feel a little defensive and suspicious as there are certain ill standards one expects from the new car buying experience. All the negative standards are shattered at Lincoln of Honda. Our sales man, David, was outstanding. He was professional, timely, straight forward, friendly, and took the time to help us get exactly what we were looking for in both a car and price point. Being at Honda of Lincoln is a pretty cool experience because even though there are tons customers there, it feels like everyone is focused on helping you and you alone. All the team at Honda of Lincoln and friendly and helpful - always looking for ways they can help their customers, even if its just opening a door and providing a smile. When my wife and I left with our new car David took the time to go through every aspect of the car with us, he even helped set up our radio, bluetooth, etc. - he must have spent a good 30 minutes doing this with us. On the way out we purchased some floor mats for our new car and a random employee, one my wife and I had not met yet who just happened to be walking inside from outside, offered to help put the mats in. Honda of Lincoln served us from beginning to end...not just beginning to now you have your car and we are done. My wife and I would and will recommend Honda of Lincoln to any our friends and family.
