Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Dealership! !! I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Honda Superstore of Lisle. After purchasing a 2021 HR-V for my parents, a chrome part began p !! I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Honda Superstore of Lisle. After purchasing a 2021 HR-V for my parents, a chrome part began peeling — a known factory defect confirmed by their own service advisor. I was told it would be repaired, but after over a year and a half of emails, phone calls, and broken promises, absolutely nothing was done. Despite providing all documentation and photos, I was repeatedly ignored by both the service manager and the general manager Yasser Ibrahim This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you want to be treated like a valued customer only at the moment of purchase — and completely forgotten afterward — this is the perfect place to go. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. More
