Worst experience with a dealership thus far. Went there last week, saw the vehicle I liked, they told me they’d call once the vehicle had gone through the repairs, I called 2 days later to see i Went there last week, saw the vehicle I liked, they told me they’d call once the vehicle had gone through the repairs, I called 2 days later to see if there was an updated, no answer, even called the manager and no answer. They finally called me back Yesterday, a whole week later, I go in to make the deal, they try to make me sign all this paperwork before even giving me a monthly payment amount or an Interest rate, wanted to switch my plates before I even said yes let’s do this. I begged to know my interest rate, when they give it to me I personally thought it was way too high, the finance guy comes out and says the best he can do is 2% less, when I say I still think it’s too high he looks away and tells the salesman to remove the plates from the new purchase and put them back on my truck (him thinking I had allowed them to take my plates off on the first place) and I proceed to tell him they are not on the van. The guy just walks away with out saying sorry or thank you for coming, nothing. Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. My credit score is really good, my debt is low, and my income is good. No way I was going to let them screw me.if the guy was polite and had some type of customer service, I would of walked with the new car at the new offered interest if he would of been polite but his arrogance made me not want to give Honda superstore of lisle my business. More
