Heri was awesome! he was patient, personable, and his fluent Spanish helped the process go smoother for my mom to understand everything clearly. We had to wait about a month for the brand new 2022 Honda Civic sport purchase because there unfortunately was a chip shortage (this was beyond his control of course) and he promised us a borrowed rental if the car did not get to the dealership by the end of the month. Well it hadn't arrived yet and he had the rental ready for us to go in the mean time until the car arrived, that was a life saver! Thank you for that Gaytan! He stayed late for us multiple times and was very flexible and willing to work with our late work schedules. although it was late and passed his scheduled work time, he still patiently and excitedly showed us every feature of the car, drove it around to show us in detail, and even contacted us after we had left because we forgot our home key in the car rental which he was nice and courteous enough to hold for us while we turned around and returned back to get it. Everything to detail that Heri did was helpful, and much appreciated, thank you so much! its been a week since I received my car and I am in love! the only complaint I have, is that the financier was a little rude and rushing. I understand he's probably been through this over and over, and maybe he was just tired that particular day and had to stay late, but as a buyer who thinks it's a very big deal making this grand purchase, patience and understanding is important.
