I bought a used Kia from Honda of Lisle and had the best car-buying experience I have ever had! After getting the bait-and-switch from another dealership (none of their advertised cars were even on the lot car-buying experience I have ever had! After getting the bait-and-switch from another dealership (none of their advertised cars were even on the lot), I called and asked if this dealership could text me a photo of the actual car on the lot before I made the hour drive. Heri Gaytan sent me 6 pictures. He had the car parked right in front when I arrived at 8pm and photocopied my license in less than 5 minutes. I test drove, negotiated a price, and was out the door (after banging the big gong in the showroom!) in 1 hour! Heri is warm, friendly, and genuine — of course he wants to make a sale, but he conveys an attitude of wanting to serve and make the customer happy. The finance manager is efficient and professional. I would definitely purchase another car from Honda of Lisle. More

There are 2 Honda dealerships so near from where we live, but we still prefer to drive 1+ hours to go to Lisle because their service is better & their staff are more courteous from the front desk to maintenance. Our sales rep since 2017, Ms. Debby Pierce, was one of the deciding factors why we decided to stay with Honda Of Lisle. She’s professional, friendly, patient, & knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our inquiries in detail because she listens & she took time to explain the updated features of the new vehicle before sending us off. It was a stormy day with sirens going off everywhere that morning, zero visibility on the road, but we felt comfortable during the ride knowing that our vehicle’s in top condition. Not to mention, but before heading home, we stopped by at Red Lobster to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I honestly tipped the server 50% because we truly had an extremely pleasant experience with Honda Superstore Of Lisle, and because our family remained safe while braving the thunderstorm.
