They will say anything to get you in the door. I was working with Bob Woods to get OTD pricing on Civic Hatchback Hybrid ST and he quoted me an excellent price. Made an appointment to go to the de I was working with Bob Woods to get OTD pricing on Civic Hatchback Hybrid ST and he quoted me an excellent price. Made an appointment to go to the dealer to close the deal. Later in the week when I went to confirm the car that I would be going in for, between Eddy Gallo and Michael Klen, I was told that that quote is for the sedan and that it would cost more for the hatchback. I cancelled the appointment because at no point did I ever mention the sedan. If I am being charitable, it's their honest mistake (that I expect they honor). If I am being realistic, I was being given the runaround. This is why car dealerships still have a bad reputation. More
