Easy streamlined experience with excellent Sales Associate I first contacted Honda Superstore of Lisle over a year ago. I was consistently followed up with by Mary Murphy (concierge). When I found myself needing a car, I wanted to come here. I chatted with Mary for a day before going in regarding leasing specials, and she set me up with a lease quote and an appointment for 2pm. By 5pm I drove off of the lot with a brand new car. My sales associate was Kabir Sheikh. He was helpful, accommodating, very knowledgeable and kind. Even when we hit some snags - like the vehicle not being PDI and having to swap it out for another to complete a test drive - he kept me posted and was efficient and calm. After everything was complete and I had walked through the finance signing (easiest ever), Kabir reviewed in detail the features of the car, what I can customize, how to adjust the settings, and how to navigate the system. I left with a good foundation of how to work with the awesome features of this car. I am very pleased with the easy pricing, the fair buyout price after the term of the lease, and the car! This car (2020 Honda Civic Sport Coupe) is simply beautiful. This is the third brand new black Honda Civic I have purchased in my life, and it is as awesome as ever. The safety features and the accessories are on par with a much pricier vehicle. I drove off the lot with 8 miles on the odometer, and the dealership even offered to return my rental car for me. Overall I had an excellent experience that was so appreciated at this time of my life. 5-star rating for Kabir! More

The staff were friendly without being pushy, and knowledgeable without being condescending. And due to the COVID virus, I was able to test drive the car without a salesperson in the car- which even the salesperson said was less of a headache for me and a better chance to determine if the car was right for me or not without them talking to me while driving. Amir was the salesperson we dealt with, and he was a very nice guy and accommodating. Recommend him to anyone considering this location to look at Hondas. More

It was a bit strange in the beginning because of the restricted rules. However, once I adjusted to the situation, I felt welcomed. It was hard to see the models in the showroom, since their was minimum restricted rules. However, once I adjusted to the situation, I felt welcomed. It was hard to see the models in the showroom, since their was minimum space between the cars. Within minutes, Debbie greeted me and made me feel more comfortable. I knew the car I was interested in, and she totally explained all the information on the vehicle. Debbie is an asset to your employ.( SHE IS DEFINITELY A WORKER BEE!) I am a senior, and it had been over 20 years since I purchased a vehicle. I am more than happy with the sales price I received, and will refer my friends to Debbie if they are looking for a pleasant, and stress free experience. Even with the handicap of having to wear a mask, she was delightful. You are lucky to have her. She deserves an extra acknowledgement from your establishment. Thank you Debbie!
