After a bad experience with a different dealer in the area, I was glad to hear from Abigail and Manny after I found my CPO CR-V through USAA's purchasing program. After giving it a test drive, Manny helped get everything put together for a pleasant experience with no fuss at all. Kudos to the very friendly staff at Honda Superstore of Lisle. The only feedback I have is the price quoted to me was a "cash only" price. I do feel that the different dealer prices for cash and finance should've been more transparent. Sager pointed out that the finance price was higher, and since I financed I had to pay the higher price. I had an overall good experience with Tina, but it reinforced my perception of car dealerships not being transparent with buyers. More
