Their salespeople are knowledgeable and patient. They are not pushy at all. They take the time necessary to explain all of your options and answer all of your questions., You never feel rushed. the person we came to see had an emergency. John stepped up to the plate and it was like we have been working with him forever. Tim Korallus also made himself available at the lat minute and worked with John to get us the car we wanted at a price we wanted. We could not have asked for better service. More

The deal was fantastic, but there have already been a few problems regarding the car. Right off the bat, the actuator controlling the fuel cap was malfunctioning, and so while I purchased my car on Friday, it ended up not being ready until Wednesday. Upon receiving the car and driving to Galena, the Low Tire Pressure gauge came on. The tire pressure was not low, however, and it turned out they were not only overfilled (three to 35 psi and one to 38 psi), but the TPMS had not been calibrated. My next task is to bring my car in and have it set and calibrated properly, as Ron was kind enough to offer in service. Hopefully, from there I can avoid any further issues. That being said, I've already recommended Brian Murphy to a gentleman I worked with over at State Farm while I was getting my insurance updated, and he planned to check out vehicles this past weekend. More
