Matthew showed enthusiasm in welcoming us even before we entered into the car showroom. He was polite, patient, and professional in explaining about the particular car we were interested in. He kindly asked us if we would be interested in having a test drive and we gladly accepted. During the test drive he was able to show us various driving related info that we may need to be aware of for that particular car. At the end of our visit, he gave us his business card and chatted a bit more before we left the showroom.
