Very good experience from start to finish We purchased a new 2017 Honda CR-V. We told our salesperson, Tony Vetrisek, what features we wanted. We had already done some pricing research befo We purchased a new 2017 Honda CR-V. We told our salesperson, Tony Vetrisek, what features we wanted. We had already done some pricing research before we came into the showroom. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and there were no high pressure sales tactics. It was a pleasant and painless buying experience. After we agreed to the deal and went to do all the final papers, the financial manager was also very friendly and helpful. He did offer us some extended warranty options, but no high pressure tactics here either. It was a very good experience overall and we would recommend this dealership and Tony our salesperson. More

Customer Focused I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Civic in Lisle. I made the drive over to Honda in Lisle hoping that my experience would be better and I was so glad I did. I know many people don't exactly "enjoy" going through the process of buying a new car, but David Fidecki made the process extremely painless, was very informative, customer focused, and made me feel relaxed during the process. I would recommend coming to the Honda of Lisle if you live in the Chicagoland area. The customer service I received is unbeatable (from the entire team including finance, sales managers, etc) and you will not regret it. I am super happy with my new purchase and I will definitely return and highly recommend. More
