He was friendly and kind from the start, asking what he could help with and giving me answers to any question. He was quick to point out features of the car I may have overlooked. When I wanted a second test drive, he was accommodating, even in cold weather. Knowledgeable and patient, he went above and beyond to make this experience the best it could be. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through the differences about the models. Tony went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle, color and model, that I was interested in purchasing. I wanted a couple accessories added to the vehicle and Tony got it done very quickly. He met me at the door with a loaner vehicle when I dropped the car off and again when I went back to pick it up after the accessories were added. I was very comfortable with the transaction and felt no pressure to make the purchase. If you are interested in a vehicle at Honda of Lisle, you won't be disappointed with Tony. More
