I am completely naive about cars and have gotten taken advantage by before. Debby Pierce put me right at ease. She didn't pressure me to buy a car, she told me straight outright the process, no haggling. Debby got me estimates on all the possible models and have me info on the different features. She followed me home in my new car just so I didn't have to leave my old car at the shop. She went above and beyond a sales associate's typical job. I love my new car and can't praise the pressure free environment of Honda of Lisle. More

Henrieta and Kristen were super-quick with email responses and answered all my questions. We came into the dealership twice--once just to look, and a week later to buy. We worked with Tim Render, and he provided us a smooth, supportive journey to our new 2015 Honda Accord. We really put him through his paces, too--we test drove three cars, and when it came time to pick the one to buy, he walked us across the street, through the cold wind, so we could see each choice and select what we wanted. We had a lot of questions, and he did his best to answer (or find the answer for) each one. Tim never put any pressure on us or tried to goad us into the myriad add-ons salespeople always try to get you to buy into. Our negotiation over the price of the car was relatively quick, and we walked away very happy with our experience. Tim has already called to follow up on our purchase and to remind us of Honda's new owner seminars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honda Superstore of Lisle and Tim Render. More
