I haven't purchased a new car in 10 years, so it was a little frightening. Plus sticker shock and having a little larger car payment. Honda of Lisle has been there forever, expanded to also include a Volvo and Infiniti dealer, and generally is an anchor of upper middle class imports in the western burbs. They are a selling machine. On a Saturday, the floor was very crowded with salespeople, I'd guess 1.5 salespeople per sales desk. They are dressed and ready to sell and they get deals done. The downside of this is that it has a whiff of a boilerroom type sale, the upside is that they do enough volume to be able to actually play on price. If you know what you want going in and are looking to get a deal, this is a great place to go. If you are still undecided, this place could be overwhelming and you might walk out with a car you weren't planning on buying. Pros: - Good prices - Clean dealership, nice amenities - Good location off highway Cons: - High pressure sales environment - Lots of dealer junk add ons to say no to(soundproofing, etc.) Wildcard: - Service (my guess is competent and expensive) More

You wait in comofort, with free coffe and 3 computers to work on your own personal stuff if you have to wait for any reason. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. We looked for both here and got a great deal on either one we wanted. They will literally bend over backwards for you. If you are looking for a Honda, go to Honda of Lisle. They will treat you with respect, concern, immediately answer your phone calls and make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied before you walk out of that door with your new car. This is the 4th car I have purchased from this dealership. It feels like I'm buying a car from a friend. Valley Honda in Naperville is a much better option. The staff is up front and honest. More
