My experience was horrible. Car sitting in lot for over 2 weeks and issue not resolved. I will never bring my vehicle to get serviced here again. They are inconsistent and can care less that your being inconvenienced by their lack of professionalism. More

The reason I traded in my 2016 Honda CRV is that the ignition switch failed and would not turn and start the car. The replacement part is back-ordered until some tentative date in September. The Service ignition switch failed and would not turn and start the car. The replacement part is back-ordered until some tentative date in September. The Service Department is not sure when.
