Good experience from start to finish. My wife and I came into the dealership not knowing what to expect, as we have had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past. Frank Maiorino was our internet sales representative and treated us with respect and in a professional manner. Frank was thorough in the explanation of the features of the vehicle that we ended up purchasing and was more than willing to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely purchase another vehicle with Ocala Honda. We also had a great experience with the financial manager: Kenneth Daniels. Ken was no pressure and did not attempt to sell us a warranty package that we did not want. He worked with us, knowing our payment restrictions, and came up with a warranty plan that was affordable and covered the items that we felt were important. More
AWESOME! Sam Ferron sure knows how to treat a customer. I am sure that the owner of Honda of Ocala, Mr. Jenkins, culled through alot of fine sales people and picked the cream of the crop but I was fortunate I am sure that the owner of Honda of Ocala, Mr. Jenkins, culled through alot of fine sales people and picked the cream of the crop but I was fortunate enough to get THE BEST, Sam Ferrron. From the moment we met there was never any pressure, respectful and excellant customer service. He helped me figure out what I wanted, made the trade-in effortless and then spent alot of time explaining all the new technology, set up my blue tooth phone, sirus and even exchanged all the stuff I had in the trade -in into my new auto while I was with the finance manager.....flawless. I even feel I made a friend and how many car salesmen can you say that about? So to you Mr. Jenkins kudos to you for assembling a fine team and to my friend SAM the Man - Thank you with deepest gratitude. I will recommend you to anyone who is interested in buying a car. Maintenance Work not Being Done Parts Being Double Charged . I came into the dealership on 11-13-18 to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had marked my tires on the driver side D1 and P2. After the work wa . I came into the dealership on 11-13-18 to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had marked my tires on the driver side D1 and P2. After the work was completed, I paid for the service. I saw that the tires were not rotated. I showed the service manager the markings on my tires and he had the tires rotated. I wasn't sure if my oil changed was done. The service manager wasn't sure either but he didn't offer to have it changed. I made a few phone calls and sent out a few emails to Honda Customer service. I received an email from the Director of Service at Honda of Ocala wanting to set up an appointment to have my oil changed again. He apologized for the maintenance not being done. This oil changed I was not charged for. My question is why did I have to go through all this? Now, I feel every time I bring my vehicle for service I have to somehow figure out whether the work was done. I went to the dealership on 1-8-19 to buy parts. I paid for the parts with my credit card. Today the 11th of January I got a fraud notice from my credit card company that parts department double charged my credit card. Now I have to waste time to fix that issue. They also ordered the wrong parts so we had to wait another day to get the right parts I went to the dealership on 1-10-19 to have my door checkers replaced. It is covered under warranty for my 2018 Honda Ridgeline. The original door checkers were defected I bought the new parts from that dealership. The service tech wanted to charge me $250 dollars to install the checkers. I told him it was under warranty but he would not listen. I told him not to do the job. I went to another Honda Dealership and they covered under warranty. More

He recommended that I look up Larry Lopez, Sales Consultant, if I was interested in buying a car. He said " you won't be sorry". I needed a car that was easy to get into for my wife and after checking my friends CR V for that feature I was hooked. On 12/31 I visited the dealership and asked to speak with Mr. Lopez. He was the real deal as described by my friend. In the midst of a Internet Failure he was calm cool and collected during negotiations. All systems were down.. He was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I must admit that the computer failure absorbed more time then I planned for because of other commitments I had for the day. He assured me that the powers to be were working to solve the issue and to please standby. After all was said and done I have a new CR V, my wife is happy and so am I. More
