Ocala store is phenomenal with wonderful customer service, great inventory and a great sales team. Peter helped us test drive the two Accord Touring models that we were interested in. Once we determined which car we wanted, Peter helped us work with the Sales Manager to help get us the best deal. I love my car and we are both very happy customers! We will certainly be back for our next car.. possibly sooner than we thought, simply because of Peter and the wonderful team at Honda of Ocala. Best car buying experience ever! More

We agreed to a price online and the possible range of the book value of the trade in. However when I drove down to close the deal a parade of mangers talkto me one telling me that the agree upon price printed in the exchange of texts was incorrect due to miscommunication. Another manager said the trade in would be half of the book value. After indicating that I would not be purchasing the car we finally went back to the agreed upon price of the car and trade in. Would recommend Nick to my friends but warn them about the deceitful managers. My advise to Ocala of Honda is keep the mangers in their office doing whatever it is they do. More

The manager, Rick, came by to introduce himself, and made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. I have never come across a car dealership who treat their customers like a 5 star resort, with complimentary breakfast and lunch. The offer an amazing warranty package, and so many other things.
