Excellent customer service! We met Ryan while trying to decide between the Honda Civic, the Nissan Sentra, the Toyota Corrolla, and the Mazda 3. Happiness to sadness I bought a vehicle from this dealership this week. My initial review would have been a good one, but that has turned upside down after a service reco I bought a vehicle from this dealership this week. My initial review would have been a good one, but that has turned upside down after a service record has been reveled on this vehicle. When I came to this dealership I asked about the service record and I was provided the carfax. I asked specifically about the service history and told that service had been well maintained, but the items revealed to me today were not disclosed to me at the time of my purchase or during that conversation. My right to make an informed decision, even though I asked the questions, was taken from me. I am disappointed, saddened, heart broken, and I feel lied to, cheated, and used. I expect full disclosure, and while I know that is the practice of today's world, it should be for every business, for the risk of losing a sale due to honesty, integrity, and full disclosure is far better than gaining a sale with dishonesty and deceit. Due to this turn of events, I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. Please note, the software makes me pick a person from the list to submit, but I call out the entire dealership and the practices thereof, not an individual. This is a top down structure and philosophy and training should take place to enact change. I have learned a very valuable lesson, this dealership should walk away with "lessons learned" so as to do better going forward. More
