You c How do you know routine service is actually done? D you check to see if you have clean oil, or a new oil filter, or have the tires been rotated. You can’t see the mechanics working on your car. My car’s left front tire ha a slow leak and every couple of months I had to add air. When I last had my oil changed(?) at Ocala Honda, I asked to have my tires rotated. I was charged for that service. I kept a check on the other possible place for that leaky tire to have been rotated to. Only to notice it was still on the left front. Therefore the tires were not rotated. So how do you know if services you pay for are actually done? More

A smooth and easy transaction After a lengthy period of research and test driving various cars I decided I wanted to buy another Accord. I contacted Frank Maiorino in the interne After a lengthy period of research and test driving various cars I decided I wanted to buy another Accord. I contacted Frank Maiorino in the internet department as I sought best prices from various dealers. Frank was quick to respond and was extremely forthcoming In telling me what they had that met my needs as well as offering competitive pricing. On the day I called and said i wanted to come in and buy the car Frank stayed at the dealership until I could get there and then spent a good amount of time explaining the extensive new tech and safety features of the all-new Accord. The transaction went smoothly, with no attempt at pushing me to buy add-ons (they were actually already on the car but I did not have to pay extra for them. This and all competitors' prices were based on the car only without any add-ons or upgrades). Ken in finance aside, from describing an extended warranty plan, did not push me to buy it. Frank invited me to come back 2 days later to go over any questions I had and to install 2 add-ons (pin-striping & door edge guards, no charge) that had inadvertently been missed. All in all, a great experience! More
