New Odyssey Purchase. Brought old Odyssey Van into Service Department for a New Key. Ended up Purchasing a New Honda Odyssey Van trading in my Old Odyssey Van along with Brought old Odyssey Van into Service Department for a New Key. In the negotiations, the Sales Manager promised to reimburse the cost of key replacement on the Odyssey trade-in. He has ignored all communication and not followed through with the agreement. Our sales representative, Tom Tuttle, was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and was most helpful with the transaction. His patience is admirable as I can be a difficult customer! Although we thought we wanted to update our current CR V, he convinced us to just test drive this year's Honda Accord, the International Car of the Year. We were immediately in love with the car. We never would have expected it! We bought the Champagne frost model with the champagne color leather interior.
