Friendy service I went to Honda after my brother bought his truck there. My car Had broke down and was towed to the garage. Surprisingly stress-free! I thought that I was going to buy the new Honda Civic Hatch, but after sitting in it, I started to wonder. Was this the right car for me? Ryan was nev I thought that I was going to buy the new Honda Civic Hatch, but after sitting in it, I started to wonder. Was this the right car for me? Ryan was never pushy or aggressive. He patiently listened to my requirements, and provided all the right options for us to consider. He explained that the new Honda Fits were much different than my 2010 base model. He pulled up a few Fits for us to check out. Ryan explained all the the new design and safety features. We weren't ready to buy, but we still felt like valued customers. We returned a day or two later, and purchased the upgraded Fit Ex that he'd shown us. We went with the upgraded safety package. We're confident that this was the best choice for me. Ryan guided us to the best decision, but he never pushed. I now have a car that I can safely enjoy for years to come. My New Honda Accord I visited Honda on a Saturday afternoon to look and drive Honda Accords. As soon as I walked into the sales office I felt a great energy and the emp I visited Honda on a Saturday afternoon to look and drive Honda Accords. As soon as I walked into the sales office I felt a great energy and the employees seemed happy and friendly and ready to be of service. I decided to purchase a used 2016 Honda from Mr. Thomas, whom was a wonderful salesman! However upon returning home later that night I felt I had made a mistake by not buying new 2018 Accord. Needless to say I had a sleepless night and knew I needed to return to Honda of the next morning. I arrived when the doors opened and was directed to Mike Lehman, the New Car Sales Manager on Duty. Mike was wonderful and listened to me without judgement and immediately assured me that he would do anything in his power to help me exchange the 2016 for a new 2018 and to make it as less stressful as possible. He followed through on his promise above and beyond the call of duty, and I am extremely grateful that his professional and positive attitude allowed me to drive away in new Honda Accord. I might add Kenneth Daniels of Finance Department helped me to get the Contract changed and explain all my questions and treated me with the utmost respect.
