After some off-putting experiences at other dealerships, we were honestly a little leery of visiting. However, we emailed Honda of Ocala and they were great about emailing us back, giving us an idea of their inventory and potential pricing on new vehicles. Once we arrived we worked with Kevin Cash; he was great and explained all the features of the cars we were looking at. He even let us test drive the same vehicle twice (I was having a hard time making up my mind!). He was not pushy about the sale AT ALL and was willing to give my husband and I the time we needed to think about the purchase, working with us nearly all day. Although he had to leave early, he let us know and told us that Chris would be finishing up with us. After we got out of financing, Chris was great about sitting down with us for nearly 45 minutes. He went through in detail all the features of the car again, linked my phone in, and answered all of my questions. Although it was a long day, we had a good time and felt very positive about our purchase and experience. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive, non-stressful experience when looking to buy a car! More
