After chatting with Sam for a while, I mentioned that I had been contemplating buying a new Fit. Without any pressure or obligation, he took me out and showed me a new 2016 EX model. He went over all the features, in a way that even a non-technical person like me could understand. I loved the vehicle, so we called my wife over to take a look. My wife speaks English as a second language, and Sam was very patient with her. She loved it also!!! All in all, the whole buying process was a very smooth and comfortable one. A first for me!!! Sam is a warm, friendly person and a true professional. He has superior product knowledge concerning the vehicle and the whole buying process. Your sales team is lucky to have him!!! Sales We went to look at cars. I found one I liked and Emilio came on to the lot and asked if he could help us. He was very nice and helpful. Bottom line is We went to look at cars. Very friendly and courteous. Called him a couple of days later and he was not as nice. Took 3 calls to get him to finally got him to call me back. Then it sounded to me like I was bothering him. He was very abrupt on the phone nothing like he was when he wanted to make the sale. I guess once the sale is made the friendliness goes out the window. I found a paper that said what was done to the car and 1 item was not replaced. Will have to call for service. Lets see how that goes . More
