Worst experience ever!!! Never have I experienced such a more painful car buying experience in my life. It truly reminded me of something out of a movie. They used scare tactics at every turn, threatening to pull the deal if you question anything they say -- and believe me, there is a lot to question like how they only use one credit bureau (which is illegal by the way) to scare you into thinking you only qualify for a higher interest rate. At one point, one of their "sales managers" even crumpled up the paper with our deal on it and stormed off with the crumpled paper in hand like a 5 year old when he was asked a simple question. Then they rest on what they think is their laurel of being the "only car dealer to offer a 20 year, 200,000 mile warranty" and hide behind this nonsensical warranty at every unethical, surprise turn the deal takes. WHO in the world drives a car for 20 years and 200,000 miles!!?? That's right, NOONE and they use it as a false sense of security and smoke screen to make you think you are actually getting some sort of a "deal" from them. These guys truly give "used car dealers" their name and reputation. Not to mention their finance person would be better suited as an auctioneer as he rattles off interest rates that miraculously become lower the more that it looks like you are going to walk away from their sub par deal. Truly the most horrible car buying experience I have ever endured!!! I would NEVER do business with them!! I did buy a Honda from another dealership and was treated wonderfully, got a great interest rate and a USEFUL warranty. So glad I walked out of the nightmare that is Honda of Ocala and chose a Honda dealer that treats their customers right. More

Salesman makes up for poor management Mike was a very special person. He drove to our home in The Villages to pick us up and helped us all the way through the process. This was our third purchase at Honda of Ocala but our first experience with Mike . I have to say that without Mike we would not have purchased even though the service department has been wonderful for all our vehicles. Mike kept us engaged made sure we new everything about the vehicle and sealed the deal even though management did everything they could to drive us away. More

Best service of any dealer i been too I been to all dealer ships an never walk out with a car tried everything we could an still nothing .. Myself and my fiance was on a family vacation an I been to all dealer ships an never walk out with a car tried everything we could an still nothing .. Myself and my fiance was on a family vacation and we love to travel but couldnt do much traveling in a little mazda 3 with 3 kids not enough room .. so our grandparents told us to check out honda of ocala i said ok not thinking we was gonna walk out with a new van ! With the great service and help from Devin ! He new that van was coming home with us an with his great service and great attitude he did all he could to help us walk out of there with a 2015 chrysler town and country fabulous van an plenty of room so vacations wouldnt be a problem for us now all thanks to DEVIN FROM HONDA OF OCALA !!!
