I had a problem with a slow ride tire I didn't know anything about this tire just bought this Honda somewhere else and was told it wasn't covered under warranty I was upset she took her time and explain everything about it she called the warranty company herself and explained the problem since it had a huge bubble in it and I just bought the van 2 days ago. Kristin got the tire replaced for free. She also explain about wheel alightments on these tires and how it is free to bring the van in anytime. She is so professional and caring and told me to call anytime. I just got this 2007 Honda Odyssey and I will go to Honda of Ocala for all my services More
