Worst dealership experience of my life/left mortified My husband and I went into this dealership on a Sunday afternoon in hopes of purchasing an Accord or CRV. The test drives were very awkward because o My husband and I went into this dealership on a Sunday afternoon in hopes of purchasing an Accord or CRV. The test drives were very awkward because our salesman, Harry, barely spoke. We had to ask him questions about the car because he wasn't informing us about any if the features. Regardless, we knew that we wanted the Accord. We went in to talk numbers and discuss the trade in value of our Jeep Wrangler. The dreaded, "negotiations" started and it was not going well at all. Harry told us in the parking lot that he knows for a fact that he could take $3,000 right off the top of the sticker price and none of his offers came close. To add to that, they weren't giving us anything close to what the value of our Jeep was. I told Harry that either they needed to pay more for the Jeep or they needed to charge less for the Accord, but one of those numbers had to change. As soon as I said that, the manager, Rick, walked by and burst out laughing and said in a mocking voice, "One of those numbers has to change!" then burst out laughing and walked away. My mouth dropped onto Harrys desk and I said, "Is that how your managers treats your clients?". Harry said, "don't worry about him, he's just an xxxxxxx". My husband stood up and said that we were done there and would be leaving. I told Harry that I was sorry that he had to work for such an xxxxxxx but we would not be making a deal with any of those people. Harry was mortified that his manager acted the way that he did and he started to scurry to make a deal with us. At this point, none of the deals they had given us were good and to be made fun of by a manager just ensured us that this was not the place we wanted to make our purchase. I tried not to go by the terrible reviews I read about this dealership when we decided to go here, but they were all confirmed after we wasted 3 hours there yesterday. We are going to Leesburg Honda to purchase the same exact car for a much better price! More

Ended up having a very pleasant experience dealing with two sales staff members in Frank Gaglione and Christian Calle discussing trade options for a new CRV. My wife and I were not pressured to a point where it was uncomfortable or awkward in any way. Thought the entire sales team did everything they could to get us a bottom line price that met our satisfaction. Papers were signed and out the door we went in our new 2016 Honda CRV EX !!! One of our better experiences with car dealerships and will definitely consider Honda of Ocala again when ready for our next vehicle. More

Great Customer Care I had done my homework when I began my journey in purchasing a new car. I had been to several dealerships and looked at MANY cars. I was looking for a good pre-owned car and Honda of Ocala had the best selection of what I was looking for.I was not buying on my first visit and came back a few times- each time,Frank Gaglione was just so wonderful helping me find what I needed and within the price I could afford. The thing I appreciated the most from him was that on my first visit I mentioned I was beginning my search and I travel a lot and to please not call until I returned, and he respected my wishes. No other dealership had that respect. Thank you Frank! That sealed the deal for me to buy from Honda of Ocala. I was grateful what they were able to give me for my trade-in, as they bent over backwards to help make things work for me. Caring Service Advisor makes the visit painless Doug is the type of Service Advisor that you hope for when you make an appointment at a service center. I brought my wife's Pilot in because the "Ser Doug is the type of Service Advisor that you hope for when you make an appointment at a service center. I brought my wife's Pilot in because the "Service Due" light came on indicating that she needed an oil change, and filter changes. Doug reviewed my service records and advised me that, since I had changed the filters not that long ago, it was not needed again and sent my car back for an oil change and tire rotation, already saving me needless expense. While the car was on the lift, Doug tracked me down and informed me that there was another problem with my car but that the problem had been realized by Honda and they had extended the warranty on it. Doug explained that the problem could be repaired, at Honda's expense, while my car was on the lift. Unlike many service advisors that I have dealt with at other dealerships, Doug had my benefit in mind and was not just trying to sell service that wasn't needed and pointed out repair possibilities that I had not heard about that cost me nothing. I find Doug to be a caring and friendly individual who does his job in a most professional manner while still projecting the best image of the dealership. Doug is, indeed, an asset for this dealership. More
