He is a an asset to Honda of Ocala and the Honda Corporation. His professionalism and ability to put the customer at ease is very refreshing in today's fast paced society. From the time I came to Honda of Ocala Mike exceeded my expectations and is a exemplary salesman. We initially were introduced to Honda of Ocala when we met Mike who set us up to see cars with Frank on our first visit. Frank explained the diffference between the Accord and CR-V and what equipment was standard. He also tried and did meet our needs. Everything was explained throughly! On our next visit we took a test drive and knew we needed a Honda! Mike and Frank made sure that the delivery of the car went as smooth as possible. Mike and Frank are absolutely A++++++++++++ Kristen in Service made sure that the tinting of the windows and tire dressing was completed in a timely and correct manner. She also let us know that if we needed anything at all do not hesitate to call Honda of Ocala. The day after our tinting was completed we received a follow-up phone call to make sure that wee were satisfied. Thank you Kristen! So in summary, there is not one thing wrong with Honda of Ocala. Spent many hours there looking and eventually purchasing the cute little car I was looking for.
