Unprofessional and rude sales men. To start it off, the gentleman started with rude comments, and it only got worse and unprofessional. While on the test drive he said well i don't care what you do in the car as long as you buy it. Later on when we were trying to figure out numbers, he told we that it didn't matter if we said anything to managment regarding what was said on the test drive because "no one would belive us because they all think he is such a good guy" I was just appalled at the whole experience. I love honda and have a pilot but I will NEVER go back to honda of ocala I would rather drive to Orlando. More
