Upon doing some research on Hondas on the internet, I came across Ocala Honda. To my surprise, a sales agent called to set up an appointment to come in to check out the great incentives being offered on came across Ocala Honda. When we arrived we were greeted by the young man who had called, Emilio Perez. Bill Johnson then approached us and introduced himself. During our visit, we were greeted by various sales people who were all very accommodating. In the end, we left with our new Honda Accord. I must say, they are a great group of people at Honda of Ocala. Emilio was very thorough in his explanation of all the features on the Accord and even helped to customize the car for us. It was a long but pleasant experience. We even got treated to lunch! More

This team was very easy to work with! It all started with an inquiry online and an immediate phone call by a sales associate, Chris Dehn. My husband and I made an appointment for the following day. Upon entering the business area of this dealership my wife and I were immediately greeted by Ramy Tarawneh who introduced himself pleasantly. I told him that we were here to see the Mr Chris Dehn and he wife and I were immediately greeted by Ramy Tarawneh who introduced himself pleasantly. I told him that we were here to see the Mr Chris Dehn and he did not hesitate to have us escorted to Mr. Dehn. It was very apparent that both of them wanted our experience to be positive. I asked to see a Honda Accord V6 and again it was presented to us for a test drive within five minutes of our request. Mr. Dehn explained most of the unique features of the vehicle very professionally. Both Mr Dehn and Mr Tarawneh helped with getting the price within our budget and without a high pressure sales pitch. I would suspect that we will be treated in the same fashion when our vehicle is due for maintenance. All in all it was a comfortable buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and the the two gentlemen who helped with our decision. More
I had the opportunity to visit Honda of Ocala in July, 2013 after finding a vehicle on their internet site that I wanted to test drive and probably purchase. I had emailed Chris to confirm an appointment time on a rainy Saturday and confirmed the vehicle I was interested and was assured it would be available. This dealership was a good hour's drive from my home. When I arrived, Chris was busy with another customer and I got to spend time with two very nice, helpful salesmen, Sam and Joe, who could not find the vehicle in question. I started with Sam, but one of his customers came in so I was handed off to Joe. They did all they could to locate it and I was told approximately 75 minutes later "we don't have it, it must have gone to another dealership". These two salesmen were very helpful and apologetic. That's when the sales manager Ovi stepped in and offered to sell me a new care for "just a little more money". NOT what I wanted to hear considering I walked in there having done my research and had that vehicle in mind. I also was firm on the money I wanted to spend and the color. Jokingly, Ovi offered to paint one their vehicles in order to sell it to me. How insulting was that! A clear example of how some sales managers will harass the customer and never take the time to understand their needs or situation. I was totally turned off and left vowing never to return. I never did get to meet the initial salesman I made contact with, who seemed very nice and accommodating. A good week later I received a call from yet another person who inventoried my needs and said he would contact me should he find a car within my specifications. You guessed it. A month later, no call, no car. I did find a wonderful dealership 2 hours away who I did purchase a car from - "Brandon Honda". These folks have it all over Honda of Ocala. If you are looking for a great deal, a customer-service oriented dealership who has their stuff together - give Don Negri, the internet manager at Brandon Honda a call. You won't be disappointed. I am happy to speak to anyone about my experience about either of these dealerships. ljmccarthy More

We knew that we wanted a 2010 or 2011 Odyssey, and had been searching the internet for a good deal. I found a great looking car at Honda of Ocala's website and contacted Mike Lehman. Since we lived more than an hour away from the dealer, we didn't want to drive all that way to see the car without knowing it was what we were looking for. Mike checked out the vehicle for us, assured us it was in great shape, and worked with us on the price. We arranged our financing, and took the drive to Ocala. The vehicle was exactly as described on the website and as confirmed by Mike - immaculate! We had already provided all of our information to Mike electronically, so when we got there our vehicle and all the paperwork was ready. We were in and out in under an hour! Mike and the other staff were friendly and great to work with. It was by far the easiest care buying experience we have had. More
I recently had the unique experience of working with two Honda dealerships at the same time. I was in touch with Sam Raabe of Brandon Honda about a CRV I was interested in but someone got there before I wa Honda dealerships at the same time. When that didn't work out I talked with him about another car at a different dealership (Honda of Ocala) that I would be interested in. Sam went out of his way to help make sure that since the one on his lot didn't work out for me that I was able to get a car I wanted even though it was at another dealership in a different city. He made contact with Honda of Ocala, made sure the car was available and told me to ask for Ovi Chisu, sales manager of used cars. When I got to Honda of Ocala I found everyone to be friendly and polite - from sales to finance. My car salesman, Johnny Rodriguez was great. He was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and at no time did I feel pressured into buying a car. As far as the dealership experience I can say without any reservation I would recommend both Sam Raabe of Brandon Honda as well as Johnny Rodriguez at Honda of Ocala! Both were great to work with and I would easily go to either dealership for another car. I highly recommend both, (and a special thanks to Sam Raabe who went far above and beyond to help me). This was the most positive and unique experience I've had with buying a car. More
