Alex Bower greeted me when I arrived at the dealer looking to buy a clean used car within my budget. I had been to a couple of other local dealers earlier that day and no one had the vehicle I was loo looking to buy a clean used car within my budget. I had been to a couple of other local dealers earlier that day and no one had the vehicle I was looking for. I explained my budget and finance issues and Alex worked hard and found me a vehicle that I liked and that fit within my budget. I ended up with a beautiful 2014 Kia Soul with only 44,000 original miles and was in perfect shape and well maintained with a clean CarFax. The dealer even when thru and fixed whatever issues where on the vehicle, so I felt very comfortable with my new purchase. Alex also followed me home on my motorcycle with the new vehicle, so I didn't have to find a ride to pick it up. The folks there worked hard to find me the best finance rate and worked within my budget. Ocala Honda is now my new dealer for all my future vehicle service needs and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a high quality used or new vehicle. The staff there are very professional and bend over backwards to make sure the customer has a great purchase experience. More

Worked with Michael Lehman, who at first was friendly, witty, etc. However, his demeanor changed once we made the decision to buy. He actually demanded (twice) my husband’s phone so HE could speak with witty, etc. However, his demeanor changed once we made the decision to buy. He actually demanded (twice) my husband’s phone so HE could speak with our insurance agent instead of showing my husband where the information was on the paperwork. When we were sitting with the finance rep, Ovi, who was wonderful, we had a question about a charge on the paperwork. Apparently there is an additional $1,995 charge for the Honda Advantage Plan, which I had not understood. Ovi asked Mike to step in to speak with us, at which point Mike became very rude, defensive, arrogant and aggressive (leaning across the desk, eyes bulging, voice raised). Mike did not even extend the courtesy of walking us to the car and demonstrating features, etc., which I believe was his way of avoiding interacting with us any further. I always tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was by far the worst sales experience of my life. More
