I GOT THE CAR I WANTED!!! Steve Domino made every effort he could to get me the car I wanted. I arrived expecting to see and drive a RED Honda Fit. Unfortunately, it had been Steve Domino made every effort he could to get me the car I wanted. I arrived expecting to see and drive a RED Honda Fit. Unfortunately, it had been sold to another customer. Both Steve and I were disappointed. He suggested I at least try another just to see how the new Fit was compared to my 10 year old Honda Fit Sport I was trading in. So we took a ride, as we rounded the corner to exit the property by the clean up and detail shop, THERE IT WAS!!! A RED HONDA FIT!! Evidently it had just been delivered, as it was still covered in plastic and protection. So new it had not been put into the inventory system. I jumped out of the car and we took this car out for a drive! Ovi Chisu was very helpful explaining all the details of my purchase and did what he could to get me the best financing he had available to offer. Long story short---I bought the car and am THRILLED! More

Long Distance Purchase We were looking for a specific used car and found one online. The only thing it was in Florida, which was 7-8 hour drive from where we live. So we couldn't just pop over to look at the car, the price had to be worth it to make the trip. We called about 45 minutes to closing and talked with Zach who was willing to work with us on the price. We came to an agreement and we flew out the next morning. Zach arranged for Frank Maiorino to pick us up from the Gainesville Regional Airport about 45 minutes away from Ocala. Frank was very pleasant and we enjoyed the ride back to the dealership. The plan was to drive back home after we had bought the car. Frank and Kenneth Daniels were able to finish up all the paperwork quickly, while we enjoyed our free lunch offered by the dealership. We were very comfortable during the whole process and appreciated the good customer service we received from start to finish. More
