Great Experience My husband and I came into the dealership to scope out some options on a newly used Honda CRV. Mine older model was being checked by their service dep My husband and I came into the dealership to scope out some options on a newly used Honda CRV. Mine older model was being checked by their service department and after learning the cost of the repairs, we figured it may to time to shop around. Nev greeted us immediately as took us directly to what was available. After the test drive, we went inside to make a deal. Nev was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as we crunched numbers and discussed options. This was my first car-buying experience and Nev, as well as Ken in Finance, made it a very positive one. I do have complain about Loren in the Service Department. She was very friendly towards my husband and me when we came in to drop the car off that morning. When she called and told me how much the repairs would cost (electrical stuff and airbag stuff), we decided to forgo the repairs and look at trading it in for a newer vehicle. Later in the afternoon as my husband and I were dealing with Nev, I had to go back to the service department to ask Loren if I could get my registration out of my car. She made eye contact with me as she was working with another customer when I went over there, but never acknowledged me after she was done with that customer. Instead she went outside into the service garage where she continued to talk to other employees, with one of the conversations being about how she has to get her roots touched up on her hair. Finally, Nev came over and drove my car around so I could retrieve my registration. I understand that I took away some of Loren’s commission because we decided not to do the repairs, but she’s an employee with Honda and I don’t feel that that was fair treatment of a customer. More

Got exactly what I wanted! To be honest I was just looking at what vehicles were out there, as you can only see so much online. Alex helped me find what I was looking for but I truthfully wasn't ready to buy just yet. I did inform him when I would be home next and he called to check to see if I was still interested, I declined as I wasn't ready. After two dead batteries I walked in again to get another look, and walked out a owner of a new Honda accord! All I can say is OMG I FREAKING LOVE MY NEW CAR!! Ali, one of Honda's newest employees, was nothing but am I was dreading the car buying/trade-in experience because of what we had been through before. Ali, one of Honda's newest employees, was nothing but amazing! He was so helpful, understanding, and honest. I loved that he was only servicing me and my husband. He wasn't running around, talking to other clients, making us wait around for him. We had his full attention. We traded in my truck for a great price and got my 2018 Camry at an incredible price! I also want to give a shout out to Ovi. I literally had to drag my husband out because they just couldn't stop getting to know each other haha! Thank you Honda of Ocala! More
