Again a bad experience with this Honda service dept. For a second time a tire has separated and they are full of excuses why this is not a warrenty item. Both times I took the tire to other repair shop a second time a tire has separated and they are full of excuses why this is not a warrenty item. Both times I took the tire to other repair shops and they said that the damage was due to separation and should be under warrenty. This time when I called I was already at another shop that discovered the problem a large bubble in the tread of my tire where the belts were separating. This caused that area of the tire to go bald. What does tire expert Jennifer at Honda of Ocala Say. you must have dragged the tire with the emergency brake. LIKELY since it was on the front of the car. Anyway if you want good service then DON'T go to honda of ocala! More
At this location the personnel and Managers are very friendly. The Maintenance employees/Manager are very efficient, not pushy and tells you exactly was is to be expected. I do have to say, in Coral Springs Florida, when I was interested in Hondas, they were very pushy and demanding and also kept my car keys, I have to insist that they give me my car keys and I left that dealership. Moving to Silver Springs I did visit the Honda Dealerdship in Ocala and was surprised dealing with the personnel and Managers being polite and not forceful...... More
A great place to wait while your car is being serviced. Movies, computers, food center,etc. All the people have been very cordial and helpful. I purchased a used Nissan Altima from Honda of Ocala. A couple of months later my battery went dead. I was quickly confronted with a smile,by an associate by the name of Marianne when she saw me waiting for longer than a moment or so for the customer servicedepartment. She assertivly asked question about the name of Marianne when she saw me waiting for longer than a moment or so for the customer servicedepartment. She referred me to a gentelman I belive by the name of chris (not 100% on his name) who swiftly looked my name up and got my car fixed with a smile. The time it took for my car was adquet to what I was quoted which made my experience better. Thank you to Honda and there staff. More
