I scheduled service and someone from Honda of Ocala was supposed to pick up my Honda CRV from my school. They never showed up, never called. So, I called them, twice. I was told both times that I would ge supposed to pick up my Honda CRV from my school. They never showed up, never called. So, I called them, twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back. I still haven’t heard back, but I did receive an email saying that I missed my appointment. How ironic, Honda of Ocala was supposed to pick up my CRV, service it and bring it back to school by the end of the day, but I missed the appointment. I’m still waiting for a call back. More

The area was clean and provided other amenities such as a snack bar. Well thought out; met our needs; exceeded our expectations. Much better than our experience in Leesburg. Worth the extra few minutes to drive from the Villages to Ocala. More
