Sales guy okay Managemrnt team not friendly to customer needs. Rudeness and rushing very evident. Did not explain that processing fee needed to be paid for CC charges and we should have easily transferre needs. Rudeness and rushing very evident. Waiting and do not respect customers time even after explained several times. Bad experience compared to couple of other dealers we go. More

One of the worst experiences ever with a dealership. Hidden charges that were not evident till actual closing. Offered special financing and then at closing told it did not apply.to.my vehicle. Was not given paper document but memory stick that was defective Went back for new memory stick.and after lengthy wait was passed on to mee individyal.who gave me another memory stick that also was defective. I had three items.that were supposed to be taken care of in short order but waited weeks without response. Now I am taking up time to complain on a survey. I will provide a negative evaluation to anyone who is interested The service department on the other hand is fabulous. More

I am somewhat disappointed due to the fact this is the third time I'm bringing my vehicle back to get checked for an oil leak.
