Terrible car buying experience. Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle and within 1 hour of ownership there is a loud clunking from the front end. Turned around to drive back to the dealers Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle and within 1 hour of ownership there is a loud clunking from the front end. Turned around to drive back to the dealership to be told “it’s a Jeep they just drive like that.” Take it to a mechanic local to me for them to tell me the whole front end suspension lift and steering components do not match or fit properly, with several steering components having metal on metal contact. Attempted to reach back out to the dealer and spoke with several sales managers and was told “sounds like that mechanic tried to scare you into buying a new lift kit.” After speaking with Chris used car sales manager where I am clearly frustrated with my issue and trying to find a resolution, I am told “I will hang up on our phone call and make a note on your profile to not answer any calls from you.” This level of unprofessionalism left me speechless, to the point I just wanted my vehicle looked at by their dealer so I can have a safe vehicle to drive for my family. I have made several attempts to contact the dealer to find some resolution only to be transferred to different sales managers and leave my name and number to never hear back. I am now feeling I have to prepare myself to spend thousands on an entire new lift because the dealer has hung me out to dry and refused to even listen to my concerns. More
