Took my pilot in to get the car fixed. The mechanic fixed one part and then said it was not working properly so they wanted to keep it for a week and make me sepend 4 times more (over $2, The mechanic fixed one part and then said it was not working properly so they wanted to keep it for a week and make me sepend 4 times more (over $2,000) to fix the heat. I said no. Took it to a local mechanic and they fixed it for $100. Either the Honda mechanics didn’t know how to fix their own car or the dealership what overcharging to get extra money out of their customers. No idea. I haven’t been back there and do not intend on buying another car from them. More

Jason was extremely helpful from start to finish under tough circumstances.
