Went to honda service to have a battery under warranty replaced. I was told there would be a installation charge of $109.00. This is a 10 min job, I was told by the service manager that the charge is for replaced. I was told there would be a installation charge of $109.00. This is a 10 min job, I was told by the service manager that the charge is for one hour of labor. I understand this is a business, but this outrageous,, immoral & just unfair. The honda dealer where the first replacement battery was installed with no charge. The service adviser was very nice, the service manager was very adamant refusing to discuss the charge. I asked him to sell me the battery, I would install it myself. He refused to sell me the battery. Why refuse to sell a part?This is no way to treat a customer. More
