I was not at all pleased with my experience of just getting an oil change! I leased my car on June 9, 2020 and at this point have logged 4500 miles. I was made to wait two and a half hours in the waiting room (I'm a senior) during COVID! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Overbook? To what end?
