This is my second Honda and I love the service I receive at their service department. I bought my 2018 Honda CRV from Staten Island Honda and their service department is always professional and helpful. I at their service department. I was not at all pleased with my experience of just getting an oil change! I leased my car on June 9, 2020 and at this point have logged 4500 miles. I was made to wait two and a half hours in the wait getting an oil change! I leased my car on June 9, 2020 and at this point have logged 4500 miles. I was made to wait two and a half hours in the waiting room (I'm a senior) during COVID! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Overbook? To what end? Thomas Cacace, the service agent, was a very pleasant and polite individual. However, his comportment does not mitigate the opinion of my experience. More
