Everything went well, when the financial manager came down, his name was Johnathan, to speak to me, he then offered me a different price, but had another car's numbers that were not mine that I was leasing. He mixed up the numbers. At that time he started to yell and scream at me in the dealership stating that " your getting away with murder you shouldn't have." Then proceeds to scream outside his office that" She has bankruptcy, and stating all of my information around the dealership. " I do not appreciate this, this was not good customer service at all I am mortified, and was more stressed out then ever. I do want some form of action taken, as this was not necessary and very unprofessional. Thank you More
