I brought my car in for my first service on 2/23. Making the appointment through the dealers web site was easy and my car was taken in immediately. The waiting room was made safe. What else can I say, except that Lauren Rocko, made my car buying experience a very special and a very easy purchase. My trade was involved with the purchase of the new Civic, which can sometimes complic car buying experience a very special and a very easy purchase. Everyone at the dealership is also very nice. Special mention goes out for the Finance Manager Reggie Drumgold. He's a very nice man, who doesn't pressure you to buy any accessories such as an extended warranty. Of course he'll mention a few things, but he will not shove them down your throat. He'll completely leave things up to you. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once my lease is up I will not be sticking with Honda anymore. They messed up on their end & wouldnt do anything to fix the problem.
